Joshua's Story

Since training with me, Joshua has lost 30 lbs and counting! This has been accomplished despite the fact that he's an amputee! He's missing both legs and his entire left arm and only has his right elbow without a hand. Yet, by following the Metabolic Training methods and proper diet, we've developed workouts for him that get results. Not only is he feeling better than ever, but he has been able to reduce his visits to his physiotherapist by half! It shows you that anyone can accomplish their goals regardless of limitations!
