Frequently Asked Questions

What is In-Home Personal Training?


We bring the workout to you so you can train in the comfort of your own home. This eliminates the time and inconvenience to drive to and from the gym, change out of your outdoor clothes, etc.

Do I need a fully equipped home gym?


No. We will bring whatever you need. It's possible you may need some minor equipment like a stability ball, but we can provide that too or recommend where to buy one. Of course, if you do have some equipment, that's always helpful.

Am I too old to start working out or learn martial arts?

You're never too old to start. No matter what issues or limitations you may have, there are always ways to work around them. There's a way to train for everybody!

Do you teach flexibility training?


Yes. Flexibility is a necessary part of fitness as well as injury prevention. It also helps with mobility.

Do you provide nutritional guidance?


Yes. Working out is only one part of the puzzle. Proper nutrition is important and will be addressed. What you will not do however is follow any type of restrictive or fad diet. A diet that is not sustainable is worthless.

Do I need to pay for packages upfront in full?


No. You can choose to pay weekly or monthly instead. There's always a way to work things out to make them affordable.
