WHAT IS ONLINE COACHING?

After an initial discussion and assessment which will help both of us figure out exactly what your needs and goals are, we will figure out a personalized plan for you (and only you) to smash those goals! Through a combination of Exercise, Nutrition, and Accountability, we’ll get it done and we’ll have fun while doing it!


THE SYSTEM IS SIMPLE, BUT NOT EASY

Those were the words of my old Chinese Kung Fu instructor the first day I walked into class. I’ll never forget it. People have a habit of always looking for the most complicated solution to a problem. But it’s usually the simple one that’s the answer. Unfortunately, we live in a time of information overload! And what happens ultimately is Analysis Paralysis. This means that when you’re being bombarded with so much information, it’s all just too overwhelming and you ultimately end up doing nothing! This unfortunately happens all too often, particularly with fitness and health.


THAT TIME HAS ENDED.

No more spinning your wheels and getting nowhere. Time to simplify everything, get down to business, and reach those fitness goals! ​

Along the way, I’ll teach you the methods you need to maintain those goals. After all, longevity is the key here. If you’ve read my book, seen my videos, or read my blog posts, you know that I am dead set against fad diets, quick fixes, extreme training methods, restrictive and starvation diets, and other unhealthy, dangerous practices. Working closely together, you’ll have your diet and training program custom made specifically for you.

Each workout is YOUR workout. Every time you step into the gym (even if that gym is your living room or basement), you will know exactly what to do, and exactly how to do it. No more guesswork, no more missed steps. No more searching for workouts on Google and Youtube. Just personalized programming designed to lead you towards your goals.

Each meal is YOUR meal. Ever have that moment of panic where you don’t know what to eat? You know you should be eating something healthy, but you’re not sure exactly how to make that happen at each meal. No longer. Instead of just handing you a meal plan to follow, I will educate you on Rules and Guidelines on how to make proper (and realistic) food choices essentially empowering you to create your OWN meal plans. I will also explain how to deal with emergency situations. Yes, you CAN go on a cruise ship without gaining 10 lbs! ​

You still get to live YOUR life. I’ve said it my book, blog posts, Facebook posts, and videos. There is no point in having the body of your dreams if you have to shy away from parties, dates, vacations, or other social events. Trust me, I know all about this. I am after all, a family man and am well aware of the difficulties of staying on track while balancing kids, work, and all the other stuff that comes with a family. I will teach you the tools you need to live a balanced life. I want you to be able to live the life you want and you won’t have to feel like you’re missing anything.


HOW DOES THIS WORK?

After a consultation, we can discuss which program is the best one for you. Each one comes with a different level of support and accountability. However, as previously mentioned these are not cookie-cutter pre-made programs. I'm well aware that some people have very fancy websites and apps that look great, but at the end of the day you're getting the same program that hundreds of other people have gotten. They're not personalized for the individual. I refuse to do that. Each month, I will prepare a training program based on your assessment, progress, and our regular discussions which is really the lifeblood of this whole system. Accountability is the name of the game here and is maintained through regular check-ins either by email, phone/text, or all of them. Meal plans will also be delivered through our Member Resources page as well as through our regular email and phone communication. The page has some PDFs and guidelines but it is our discussions that will allow us to fine tune things. If something comes up and you need to adjust something, I can do that for you. Don’t worry. I’m always there for you!
