Training with Christopher is a blessing for me. He understands the type of exercises my body needs to tone, be flexible and get to my optimal weight. Moreover, Chris incorporates Qigong energy exercises that encourage the circulation of energy around the body, and I have experienced positive results from doing these routines. His knowledge of Qigong and the meridians helps release blocked energy in the body. I am very happy to have found Chris.
