This is a routine which I teach my clients and I do it regularly myself. There are four strengthening exercises followed by eight stretches. None of them are too difficult, it's quick, simple, and effective. Lower back pain has become a part of our lives. Unfortunately the majority of jobs involve long periods of sitting.
