One of the older workouts from the golden age of bodybuilding was the "I Go, You Go" workout. It's as simple as it sounds, but it certainly isn't easy. It is a more advanced program so I'd recommend that you have at least 6 months or so before trying it out. Carbs are the enemey right? I mean everyone knows that. It's just something that everyone accepts. Also we need to hundreds of grams of protein per day right?
