FULL BODY WORKOUT IN AN EMPTY GYM!
I had the whole place to myself. Now with the new Covid regulations, you have to book your time now and I guess no one else did! Anyway here were the exercises. I just did straight sets today (no supersets or circuits)
Cable Pulldowns
Dips
Lateral Raises
Dumbbell Curls
Knuckle Pushups
Goblet Squats
One arm kettlebell swings.
