About Chris Wong Fitness
I officially launched Chris Wong Fitness in 2016, however, I have been training clients since the mid-90s. I even had a gym in Etobicoke, Ontario located inside Prime Health Products Inc., but running a mobile personal training company gives me the opportunity to customize my services according to the specific needs of my clients.
My team and I provide in-house fitness training as well as online or remote coaching. For in-home training, we service Oakville, Mississauga, and Burlington. However, for online training, there are no areas in the world that are not accessible!
I’ve been training clients for decades. I’ve worked in commercial gyms, I’ve run my own, and now I’m running this business. I’ve seen more fitness and diet trends than I can count over all these years. However, what I truly care about is our clients and what is best for them. So instead of the latest trends, we follow sensible, safe, and realistic plans so people can enjoy lifelong fitness and health.
Imparting these aspects into my current model has helped me make a full-time income from training people in-home, in less than a year. While this past year has been our most successful, I believe there’s still so much to learn. Currently, I am focusing on building up the online training part of my business in addition to the in-home training.

There are so many clients who have told me that if it weren’t for the fact that someone came to their home, they would never work out. It’s a great feeling to know that we’re helping people get in the best shape of their lives in a way that’s convenient for them and us!
After many years in the industry, experiencing for myself the frustration of being overweight and not knowing how to solve it, having made my share of mistakes as well, and finally learning how to safely and effectively get in shape, I feel I am qualified to help others.

Working out is serious business, but it should also be fun because working out is not just exercise. It’s an adventure! As an experienced and a CANFITPRO Certified Personal Trainer, certified metabolic trainer, and martial arts instructor, I used my professional and personal experience to find ways to help you enjoy and look forward to your workouts.
When it comes to endurance, stamina, strength, and mentality, we understand that everyone is unique, so we work hard to tailor activities and diets that match their preferences, but also push them to build a fit body. However, when a client is willing to work hard and is respectful of the plan, managing new feats every week becomes easy.
To help my clients get the attention and motivation they need based on their schedule, I have two other trainers on my team. Each of us is professionally certified through CANFITPRO. This is one of the better known and recognized organizations in the industry. Anyone working as a trainer must be certified through a nationally recognized organization like this to ensure effective and safe training. On top of that, I am also a certified online trainer through Jon Goodman’s Online Trainer Academy as well as a fourth Degree Gold Sash Instructor in the martial art of Ving Tsun through Master Paul Stiles.
