I figured I'd put my own Before And After photos up. On the left, you can see me about 40 lbs heavier than I am now. At the time, I was obsessed with heavy lifting, heavy eating, and everything that goes along with that which includes excess bodyfat. Of course I told myself it was all muscle, but I'm sure you can clearly see that it wasn't!

I did finally see the light and learn of the value of HIIT training as well as sensible eating. One thing I did NOT do was to deprive myself of the foods I love. Of course, I had to learn to control my portions as well as timing among some other factors. But the bottom line is that what I did then and continue to do now is sustainable and long term. This is key. If you hate something, you won't do it. That's really all there is to say about that.
