100 REP BLAST WORKOUT!
I've got a hell of a workout for you today! It's the 100 Rep Blast. So what is it? You'll pick 5 exercises making sure that you're hitting the entire body with them. Then you'll perform them in a circuit for 20 reps each. That will give you the 100 reps. Then you'll repeat the entire circuit up to 4 more times depending on your fitness level. Ideally you'll go to the different exercises right away with no rest in between. But obviously if that's too difficult, take a bit of rest. Just try to minimize it. The goal here is to get not only a great strength workout but a great cardio workout as well!
I just did this workout this morning and here's what I did.
Dumbbell Step Ups (On a Plyo Box)
Dumbbell Romanian Deadlifts
Hindu Pushups
Dumbbell Bentover Rows
Hip Thrusters
I did 5 circuits of this and trust me, that's enough to push anybody! I'd recommend starting with 2 circuits if you're a beginner and gradually building up. This is another "Honest Workout" that I've spoken of before. There is no endless list of exercises. Just 5 good ones that you work HARD! Quality Over Quantity is the name of the game!
