22 DAY PUSHUP CHALLENGE REVEALED!

I have just finished my 22 Day Pushup Challenge #22kill and I must say that the entire experience was quite rewarding. First of all, I helped to spread awareness of the problem of veteran suicide and PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder). Secondly, it was quite a challenge to think of all the different pushup variations! I know I didn't have to, but I decided to take this challenge one step further and do a different one each day. The only exception was the last day when my daughter Mia wanted to participate. It made sense at that time to come full circle and finish with the same one I started with which was a conventional pushup. I kept a record of all the different pushups in my journal and decided to post the full list here.

Day 1: Conventional Pushups
Day 2: Knuckle Pushups
Day 3: T Pushups (side plank)
Day 4: Spiderman Crawl Pushups
Day 5: Decline Pushups
Day 6: Decline Pushups on a Kettlebell
Day 7: Plyometric Pushups (Ving Tsun style)

Day 9: Pushbacks

Day 13: Pushups and Mountain Climber combos
Day 14: Wide To Close Grip Pushups
Day 15: Staggered Grip Pushups (one forwards and one behind)

Day 17: Pushups With Shoulder Taps
Day 18: Dolphin Pushups
Day 19: Atomic Pushups (Leg Pull-ins using the TRX)
