The Rebounder or Mini Trampoline is a fantastic piece of equipment! It's an excellent cardio workout, an excellent core workout, it's great for your lymphatic system, and it's a lot of fun!
Many people may not realize this fact, but you have twice as much lymphatic fluid in your body compared to your blood! But unlike the blood which is pumped by the heart, the lymphatic fluid is circulated by movement of the body. And the rapid up and down motions of a Rebounder is perfect for that! In addition, every time you land on the trampoline, there is a contraction of your core muscles. Because you're experiencing weightlessness when you're in the air, your body will naturally contract the core when you land!
There are numerous ways to workout on the trampoline. I demonstrate some of my favourite moves in the video, but you're really only limited by your imagination. Some of my favourites are:

Side to Side
Obviously there are many more, but these will certainly get you off to a good start! Like anything else, start slowly and work your way up. Begin with perhaps 10 minutes and gradually build up to 30 minutes. So what are you waiting for? Grab yourself a Rebounder and JUMP YOUR WAY TO FITNESS!
