2017 is here and it's time to start on that New Years Resolution! The good news is that it won't take a lot of time. The bad news is that it's going to be tough! But don't worry. It can be customized for your fitness level just like the turn of a dial. You have a few variables that can make all the difference. The exercises you choose, the number of reps you do, and the rest times (if any) between exercises/sets. This workout is the 10 X 10 method. There are 10 exercises done for 10 reps each. Even if you can do more, don't. Just stop there. The key is to minimize the rest between exercises and just go from one to the next. Try to complete as many circuits as you can in a 15 minute period. If you are a beginner, give yourself a bit of rest between exercises. If you're advanced, try to go non-stop. Rest for a minute or so between circuits. Here are the exercises.
