Train with me! This is a metabolic workout along with a Qigong warmup. Metabolic training refers to using exercises that use many muscles all in one movement as opposed to isolation movements. They are also called compound or multi-joint exercises. They have been proven to make shocking changes to people both in terms of weight loss and muscle gain AND they take much less time. The bad news is that it is HARD WORK! I won't lie about that, but the results are definitely worth it!
